Yes — that is exactly how pricing works. Standard includes any one feature app and Premium any three, chosen from donor management, Smart Forms, case management, eLearning, Smart School and team chat. Add further apps to either plan for $99 per month each, and change your app mix as your business grows.

Your workspace runs as your own platform: your logo, your colours and your product name throughout, on your own custom domain instead of a Profesaas subdomain. Your customers, members and partners see your brand — the platform underneath is maintained, secured and upgraded by us.

You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that, you have a 30-day window to export your data in commonly used formats. Once the window closes we delete your workspace data in line with our Privacy Notice, unless the law requires us to keep specific records.

Workspaces run on Microsoft Azure in South African and EU regions, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and audit trails. For the personal information your organisation loads, you remain the responsible party under POPIA (controller under UK GDPR) and Profesaas processes it as your operator (processor) under our Terms of Service.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you never lose time you have already paid for.

New modules are scoped with you, priced as part of your Enterprise agreement, and delivered into your workspace by the team that runs the platform. Plans are priced in US Dollars and billed monthly or annually in advance — annual billing is 20% less than twelve monthly payments, and the same applies to feature-app add-ons. We take card payments securely through Stripe; Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and EFT. Prices exclude VAT and sales taxes where applicable.
